CITY COMMITTEE ADVANCES ITS PROGRAMME. The Mayor (Mr. A. E. Mansforui presided at a meeting yesterday of the Palmerston North Campaign Committee of tho Health Stamp Association. It was reported that there was already a good response in the way of sales of stantps from the chief Pos>. Office. Steps were outlined for the furtherance of the campaign, and it was decided that a street day be held on October 39, when badges will be available. ' y. ■ 1 Mr. W. G. Black undertook to address all the schools in the district, placing before scholars the objects of the campaign.
