Woodville Sale
Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report a heavy yarding of dairy stock with a fair entry of store cattle at the fortnightly sale held on Motiday. Some choice quality dairy heifers were submitted and for these the demand was keen, with values the highest so far obtained this year at this fixture. Dairy cows submitted were of just average quality; nevertheless a sound sale for these was the order of tlie day. Store cattle, which were comprised practically of dairy-bred sorts, sold at late rates with a total clearance.
