A Bream Come Tree
.Given an aero of land on which to erect a room tho enthusiastic members, numbering about 40, of the Titiranga (Auckland). Women’s Institute have realised a dream to have their o.vn home. A' one-roomed building has been erected and the opening ceremony will shortly take place. Members of the institute, which has been four years in existence, have met at one another’s homes and there carried out their institute work. So keen wero they when,; through the generosity of one of their members, they were given tho land, they rallied together to arrange tho building of a place, husbands of tho members lent a helping hand and most of the work was done voluntary. Gifts havo been donated and an arrangement has been made for each member to "provide her own chair towards the furnishings.” To help thing along members have been arranging a series of bridge and other parties to raise funds.
