Reeve, of Pahiatua (11.9) beat Los Brander, of New South Wales (11.12) on points in a 15-round professional boxing contest this evening. Brander outboxed Reeve for four or five rounds but thereafter spoilt the fight with incessant holding of his opponent whoso ruggedness and harder hitting prevailed.
Kid Fisher Beats Jack Ford MASTERTON, Last Night. A professional middleweight boxing contest between Kid Fisher (England) and Jack Ford (Masterton) at Carterton to-night resulted in a win for the former, who scored a points decision. Ford was • sluggish over the curly rounds when Fisher piled up a substantial points margin. Ford came to light in the closing'stages with a great rally but missed tho verdict.
Stirling Regains Welter Title
CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. In an exciting and even contest tonight .Don (Stirling regained from N. Mudgway the professional welterweight title of Now Zealand, winning on poihts in a bout of 15 rounds.
