New American Air Record

BY FOUR-MOTORED BOEING United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 9 p.m. SEATTLE, Aug. 21. A Boeing aircraft corporation’s new four-motored Boeing aeroplane flew from Seattle to Dayton, Ohio, a distance of 2100 miles in nine hours three miutes at an average speed of 232.20 miles an hour. This is claimed to be a new speed record for multi-motored aeroplanes.
