PERSONAL
Mrs. M. Hoaphy, of Palmerston North, is at present in Lower Ilutt. After visiting Mr and Mrs R. L. Hollymau, in Danuevirke, Mrs S. Rosval has returned to Palmerston North. Dr. and Mrs Frank Scott, of Palmerston North, were in London at the beginning of July. Mrs R. H. Rhodes has returned to Woodvillc after a short visit to Wellington. ■Mrs Ashcroft Edwards who has been visiting Mr and Mrs.. Edwards, of Palmerston North, has returned to Wellington. Mrs L. Knapp, of Palmerston North, is now making good progress after her operation, her friends will be pleased to learn. Mrs E. L. Thompson, of Palmerston North, .who arrived in England in the middle of June, is spending about four months there, states an overseas exchange. She is on a visit to her sister, Mrs A. E. Groome, of Walthamstow.
