“Murdered” Man Returns

After doing eight years’ penal servitude for a crime they never committed, two men have been released from prison at Cuenca, Spain. They were sentenced to' eighteen years’ penal servitude for murdering a shepherd. Now their “victim” lias reported himself to the police—and liis ‘‘murderers” have been released. The person held responsible for this miscarriage of justice lias been arraigned on charged for forgery and other crimes in connection with the supply of false testimony.
