Reward For Son's Sacrifice

The story of a boy who, when 15 years of age, sacrificed his education to look after his mother, lies behind a bequest announced in a will of £SOOO left on trust by Miss Eliza Green Laughton, of Rbury Street, London, to her great nephew, Cedric Eustace Fitzroy Wilson, “for his loving goodness to his mother.” Mr. Wilson, who lives at W.imbledom, is now 38, and has supported his mother from the time he left school in South Africa. He took a job which enabled him to do this. He served during the war with the South African force, and then went to England and became a bank clerk. He is now married, but still makes his mother hn allowance.
