The New Zealand Dairy Board has received the following market report from its London office dated August 10, 1935, last week's prices being given in parentheses):— Butter. New Zealand: Baited, 91s to 90s (approximately 11.059 d. 1'.0.b.) (93s to 945); unsalted, 101 s to 100 s (102 sto ,Lo4s). Deliveries, 101.8 tons; in store, 6005 tons.
Australian: Salted, 95s to 91s (92s to 945); unsalted, 100 s to 102 s (98s). Deliveries, 1114 tons; in store, 5500 tons.
Market quiet. New Zealand retail price unchanged at Is. Danish: 87s f.0.b., IOSs spot (S6s and 109 s to 110 s). Irish creamery: Salted, 9Ss; unsalted, 100 s.
Market quiet. Danish retail price unchanged at Is Id.
Cheese. New Zealand: White, 43s to 49s (approximately 5.20 d f.0.b.) (47s 6d to 4Ss); coloured, 47s to 4Ss .(approximately 5.07 d f.0.b.) (Ills 6d to 475). Deliveries, 2G,594 crates; in store, 121,9G4 crates. Market steady but quiet. New Zealand retail price unchanged at 6d. Canadian: White, 50s to 53s (50s to 525); coloured, 50s to 52s (50s to 525); c.i.f., 50s to 51s (48s); old season’s white, 64s to 05s (64s to Gss); coloured, GOs to GGs (GOs to 645). Deliveries, 3851 boxes; in store, 44,095 boxes.
English: Finest farmers’, 82s to 91s; factory, 34s to 40s (32s to 40s). Market steady but quiet.
