TOIiBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at u Special Meeting of the Kairanga County Council held ou 'Tuesday, the 111th day of August, I!)35, at 12 noon, the following resolution was passed:— “THAT in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of the ‘.Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33,’ and the Orders-in-Council dated the 23rd day of July, 1935, known as the Ivairauga County Loans Conversion Order, .1935 (No. I), and the Kairunga County Loans Conversion Order, 1935 (No. 2), published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54 of the 25th July, .1935, and of all other powers aud authorities it thereunto enabling, the Kairanga County Council hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the existing securities issued in respect of the Loans specified in the Pirst Schedule to the said Orders-in-Council, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the said Orders-in-Coun-cil.” The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Kairanga County Council to bo held at the office of the Council, Hangitikci Street, Palmerston North, on Thursday, the sth day of September, 1935, at II a.m. Copy of the said Orders-in-Council is deposited at the Council’s Office and may bo inspected by any interested persons during office hours.
