Rust Runs Riot

RESEARCH IS NEDED HERE U'Dited Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Friday, 7.5 p.m. NEW YORK, July 25. A message from St, Paul (Minnesota) says that black rust has shrouded the spring wheat belt so darkly that observers forecast a 50 per cent, reduction in the originally estimated 275,000,000 bushels from the great grain belt. The rust ran westward from Minnesota through North and South Dakota into Montant and only a quick change from hot and humid weather could halt the spread.
