.As damages for injuries suffered in an accident, a messenger, Robert William Prentice, aged 15, was awarded £263 by a jury in the Wellington Bupreme Court yesterday. Defendants were Morris and Campbell, Ltd., who admitted liability. The boy was riding a bicycle when defendants’ lorry, which was negligently driven, collided with him. Plaintiff suffered a broken arm and various other injuries.
