Manawatu Scottish Society Holds Ingleside

Tho usual ingleside of the Manawatu Scottish Society was held oa "Wednesday evening in the Cosmopolitan hall, when there was a good attendance. Mr H. Hughes was M.C. An orchestra of four players provided excellent music. Tho waltz medley Monte Carlo was won by Mrs Livingstone and Mr Jenkinson, and the Monte Carlo waltz by Miss Gray and Mr Howe. An exhibition of the double swords was given by Misses P. Livingstone and T. Nicholson, who were accompanied by Piper Scott, tho latter also, supplying music for an extra dance. Supper provided an interval ia the programme. '
