Coles Ncidecker on a cabled request from the French Suretc saying that a. warrant had been issued for his arrfcst in con_ nection with the closing of llic Travellers’ Bank in Paris. The police are also requested to arrest two brothers and other members of the family on arrival In America a few days hence. Neideckcr said the total losses ot his financial operations would not be more than 250,000 dollars, despite the larger estimates from France.
