HINT TO WELLINGTON LICENSEES. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. “The licensing law is going to be strictly administered in this city. Licensees will be well advised to take notice of that fact. It is in their own interests and in the interests of the public,” said Air, Alosley, the newlyappointed senior Magistrate in the Police Court to-day.
