Local Marketing of Butter

DAIRY BOARD COLLECTING EVIDENCE Par Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tho Dairy Board members returned to Wellington over the week-eud after taking evidence on the question of the local marketing of butler in Christchurch and Dunedin. The board, as a result of the evidence placed before it, rvas glad of its decision to take evidence in each of the four main cent res. As it is likely that the problems in the North Island will again bo different from those outlined in the South, the board will take local marketing evidence in Auckland on June 21 and 25 and in Wellington on July d and 4. Some little time must elapse for the sifting and collating of the evidence before the board tackles the major problem of bringing down a scheme to overcome those practices which have led to widespread dissatisfaction throughout the industry.
