To-day's Big Game
ALL BLACK TRIAL The forthcoming tour of Great Britain and the selection of the New Zealand Rugby representatives for this occasion have aroused unprecedented interest in the Rugby world. Previously, a series of provincial trial games have been held and the selectors have been diligent in searching the North Island for All Black talent. The final games have been narrowed down to three, of which to-day’s game is one. The comprehensive search by the selectors in the North Island has produced several unknown but brilliant candidates and these, combined with the number of well-known All Blacks in tho personnel' of the two teams, will bring Rugby fans from far and wido to witness what promises to be a brilliant match. Every player will be at his best to qualify for the two final matches, and a game brimful of action from bell to bell is assured.
Rugby followers interested in this trial match at Palmerston North will be pleased to learn that the evening train to Marton has been delayed to suit their convenience.
