Modern Air Conditioning Plant

INSTALLED AT COEBE’S. Yet another instance of the progressivencss of Feilding business men is evidenced by the installation of a modern air conditioning plant at the premises of Messrs. John Cobbo and Co.

This plant, which has just been completed, is a most up-to-date example of the heating and ventilating engineer’s product and serves the triple purpose of heating, cooling and thorough vcntil- ■ ation together with the necessary functions of humidification and de-humidifi-cation. Tho system installed consists of a high powered air heating furnace and three horso power motor and humidifyingfan is enclosed within a two compartment chamber fitted with fresh air intake and conditioned air distributing ducts which are carried to all departments of tho store. The plant, which is completely manufactured in New Zealand, has been thoroughly testled and has shown its capacity to reproduce spring like amosphere throughout the building irrespective of. tho weather conditions outside, its general purpose being to heat during winter, cool during summer and ventilate all the year round. We congratulate ' Messrs. John Cobbe and Co. upon their acquisij tion of a plant which will bo conducive ;lo tho health and comfort of their cus- : tomers and salespeople and also upon their spirit of progression and 1 leadership.
