KIDDIE CAKES.
Hub 3 oz. dripping into 3 cups flour; add 2 teaspoons baking powder, j lb. sugar, :} lb. sultanas, I oz. peel, -1 teaspoon salt. Beat 1 egg, mix with breakfastcup milk and add to mixture. Give flavour perfection with Stevens’ “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Almonds or Vanilla and bake in greased patty pans.
