Rural Mortgagors Adjustment Act
FEILDING A CENTRE OF REGISTRATION Yesterday Mr G. E. Pollock, clerk of the Feilding Magistrate’s Court, advised that he had received intimation that Feilding had been fixed as a place for the receipt of registrations to be dealt with by the Court of Review under the recent legislation known as the Rural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act. Mr Pollock has been appointed registrar for the centre as from May 1 and it is from this date that tho Act operates.
