Film Record of Duke’s Australian Tour
A complete film record of tht Duke of Gloucester’s tour of Australia, was recently presented to the Commonwealth Government by Fox Films, through the managing director, of the Fox Film Corporation in Australia, Mr S. S. Crick. This is probably the first time that any serious effort has been mado I).V any private organisation to preserve a motion picture chronicle of an important happening in the history of Australia. Tho value of such records to future historians is obvious.
