President’s Son to Join Secretariat
WHITE HOUSE REORGANISATION Received Sunday, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, April 27. The Herald-Tribune understands that Mr. James Roosevelt, tho President’s eldest son, will soon join tho White House secretariat, which is being reorganised because of tho long illness of Colonel Louis McHenry Howe, the President’s first secretary.
