ATTRACTIVE BRITISH PAVILION United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. BRUSSELS, April 27. The King opened the International Exhibition which is notable for artistic buildings. The British pavilion is one of the most attractive. It displays a glass globe 60 feet in circumference showing the British Empire. Interior lighting produces tho effect of night and day as the globe slowly rotates, synchronising with the actual time.
