In the House of Commons the Budget debate was continued, but the holiday mood was so pronounced that only 11 out of Gls members were present at one time. The House was continually in danger of being counted out, and Mr Baldwin was hurriedly called back from dinner to the House. The House later adjourned for the Easter recess. It is reassembling on April 29.
