Jubilee Oration in Westminster Abbey
MR MacDONALD TO SPEAK PROM ABBEY NAVE
United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Friday, 7 p.m. LONDC-N, April 1?. The Daily Express says that Mr. Ramsay MacDonald will make the Jubilee oration in Westminster Abbey on May 7. Ho will speak for about an hour on the King’s reign and the spiritual signficanee of a Christian monarch. lie will be the first Prime Minister ever invited to lecture from the Abbey nave, though Mr. Baldwin and the late Lord Curzon ipade short speeches at the unveiling of Abbey memorials.
