WALNUT SAUCE FOB FISH
With boiled or steamed fish try this sauce for a change. Cream 4oz butter and add the ;juicc of a small lemon. Beat it carcfull and do not make too moist. Then add three tablespoonfuls of finely chopped pickled walnuts, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley. Mis thoroughly and serve hot.
