ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF PING PONG CLUB.
The annual meeting of tho Aorangi Ping Pong Club took place in the Meeting House on Monday evening, Mr. R. R. Tait presiding over a fair attendance. Tho secretary reported a credit balance of £2 2s Sd. Officers for the ensuing year were elected aa follows: Patron, Mr, J. M. Durie; president, Mr. G. Fitzgerald; secretary, Mr. D. Durie; committee, Misses N. Price, F. Price, J. Cheetham, L. Griffiths, C. McFarland and Messrs. A. Clifford, C. Cheetham and N. Rosoman. It was arranged to play on Monday and Thursday evenings, tho official opening to take place on April 29. A number of new members arc expected to join up and the forthcoming season gives every promise of being a successful one.
