DOMINATION BY CITIES ALLEGED Per Press Association. OAMARU, March 20. At the Oamaru Hospital Board meeting yesterday, the chairman (Mr. W. Forrester), who was a delegate to tho last conference, stated that the city dflegates, owing to their greater voting power, had dominated tho conference. He had also been told that tho city secretaries had similarly dominated the secretaries’ conference. Mr Forrester also referred to tho costs of a certain I'cgal test case against the Oamaru Board, tho result of which would affect all tho boards. Tho association executive had been approached previously and ho was surprised that the matter was not on the conference agenda. The chairman «f the conference, Dr. Watt, when approached, gavo scant consideration to the question. The board decided that when the case was concluded it would endeavour to get all the boards to share tho costs.
