BRITAIN TO INCREASE IMPORT DUTIES Unite J Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—CopyriKlit. Received Thursday, 7 p.m. LONDON, March 21. The Government front March 20 will increase llie import duties on various elementary iron and steel products, in some instances to 50 per cent, of the value of the imports. In other cases they will be higher than the present rate by onc-third of the value.
