CASE IN NELSON. Per Press Association. NELSON, Last Night. As a •sequel to the motor accident in which two people lost their lives when a car went over a bank on the Hope Saddle, Leslie Stewart was to-day charged in the Supreme Court with negligent driving, thereby causing death. The Grand Jury returned a no bill.
