A VICTORY FOR UPPER HUTT Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Hutt Bowling Club pair, B. Ginger and G. Deare (s) won the champion of ehampionA pairs competition of the Wellington centre, outplaying the Upper Hutt Club representatives J. H. Brown and J. Goodwin (s), in the final this afternoon. Results:—

Semi-finals. Hutt (Ginger and Deare) beat Wellington (Walls and Mayer) 25 —15; Upper Hutt (Brown and Goodwiu) beat Island Bay (Earnshaw and Condor) 22—13.'

Final. Hutt beat Upper Hutt 2-I—l2. *
