Takaro Club’s Gala
The annual gala day of Takaro Tennis, Bowling and Croquet Club is to be held to-day, commencing at 2 p.m. Tournaments have been arranged in the bowling, tennis and croquet sections and competitions which everybody can join, including best sponge cake. A really good time is assured for all. Visitors are most cordially invited to tho gaia, admission to the grounds being free. Afternoon tea will be sorved, and tho day will be wound up with a card party in tho paviiiou and a dance in the Takaro hall, commencing at S p.m. For further information see advertisement on front page.
