Rockets With “Electric Brains”

TO PENETRATE IHE STRATOSPHERE.

LONDON, March 4,

A correspondent states that rockets shot 200 miles into the air by powerful charges of liquid oxygen are the latest plan to penetrate the stratosphere. The rockets will be equipped with “electric brains" from automatic registering instruments for observing and recording phenomena of the different strata. When the rocket reaches its ceiling the parachute automatically opening will float the instruments to earth.
