Wheat in France
FREE MARKET RESTORED United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Dec. 27. The Financial Times' Paris correspondent says that under the new wheat law the legal obligations not to sell wheat below 108 francs a quintal has disappeared. The restoration of the free market despite a holiday attendance on Wednesday, resulted in a number of transactions at 75 to 80 francs for three to four months’ delivery.
