Freddie Miller, the world featherweight champion, outpointed A 1 Brown, the world bantam champion, over ten rounds. Australian Welter-weight Champion Outpointed SYDNEY, Dec. 26. At the Stadium to-night, in a fifteen rounds bout, Ihe American, Claude Varner, Ost. 21b., outpointed Herb Bishop, 9st. 2Hb., welterweight champion of Australia. Varner rushed his opponent off his feet, displaying remarkable pace and stamina.
