AUSTRIA’S POSITION DEFINED. United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. GENEVA. November 20. The Austrian delegate, M. Pfluegcl, declared that Austria could not subscribe to any conventions unless she obtaned full equality rights. Sympathy With Bereaved GENEVA, November 20. The entire assembly stood while M. Benes paid tribute to the late King Alexander and M. Barthou, to which MM. Vovtitch and Laval rcstrainedly replied. Disarmament Commission COMMITTEE WORK TO BE RESUMED. GENEVA. November 20, The Disarmament Bureau has agreed to Mr. Henderson’s programme to resume committee work on the regulations of the manufacture of and trade in arms, budgetary publicity, the establishment of a permanent Disarmament Commission and an order to formulate separate protocols without waiting for the completion of the entire convention. Mr. Henderson said it was one of the most successful meetings yet held, and that the conference was not going to be allowed to die,
