MELBOURNE'S SHRINE OF REMEMBRANCE. —Viet oria’s Great War Memorial, the Shrine of Remembrance, which was dedicated on Sunday by the Duke of Glouc ester. Built at a cost of £260,000, the shrine stands on an elevation at a bend of St. Kilda Road, and on the fringe of the Botanical Gardens, in such a position that it dominates the landscape for miles around.
