Useful to Know

If lacquer work is marked with finger-prints, rub it lightly with a verywet, soapy piece of flannel, then dry quickly. Should the stain persist, use a little turpentine, but be careful to rub very lightly. Place bits of soap into a muslin bag or wire container. They can be used iri washing-up water to make a good lather.
