Notes of the Day
The death took place at Auckland last week of Mr. Alfred Lindsay, father of Mr. A. P. Lindsay, of Bedding, and son of the late Mr. A. Lindsay, of Wellington, whose business premises on Lambton Quay were familiary known as Lindsay’s corner. The late Mr. Lindsay, who was 76 years of age, was in the boot manufacturing business with his father and had been living in retirement in Auckland for many years.
