OUR TREASURE CHEST
WINTEE MISSION. I have to thank To Ivooti, of Apiti, for a completed singlet, which was beautifully done. Three singlets arrived, from London Pride and Peggy, of Fcilding, who wrote: “We have our little jobs to do while Mother helps to milk, and we have baby sister to mind too, so used to knit when we could get spare moments. After we had finished ours, we had enough wool over between us to knit another one, so Mother said she would do one.” Thank you, Mother, London Pride, and Peggy, the singlets were daintilv and neatly made. These singlets, by the way, were made from wool bought by the money sent by Table Flat Cogs. CHRISTMAS ENDEAVOUR. But how near Christmas is drawing! It is just thirteen weeks away. So we really must get busy and collect toys, books, ctp„ or any such treasure for our Chest. Our Treasure Chest has lots and lots of space, and ali sorts of unexpected corners, and you know, of course, that it has clastic sides. Not an ordinary chest, you see—l wonder if we can fill it!
