Struck Off the Rolls
MISCONDUCT NOT OF A CRIMINAL NATURE.

WELLINGTON, Sept. 20,
The Court of Appeal to-day made a.u order absolute striking Reginald Bernard Hill, of Gisborne, barrister and solicitor, off the rolls. In delivering the decision of the Court, Justice Herdman pointed out that Hill’s misconduct had not been of a criminal nature and that it was open to him to show by his behaviour during tho next two years that he was a fit and proper person- to resume the practice of his profession. Costs totalling £ls 15s were allowed to tho Law Society.
