MAKINO v. FEILDING Bast week Makino visited Feilding to play a local team there, the result of the match being a win for the homo team by 31 games to 18. Although the score does not indicate very closo games they were keenly fought. In tho absence of the captain Mr. B. Sandbrook, on behalf of Makino, thanked Feilding for the enjoyable evening and the pleasure his team had dorlved from tho visit. Mr. D. Julian responded for Feilding. Makino v. Beaconsfield. Cm Thursday evening .last Boaconsfield’s A. and B teams visited Makino to play a return match. Makino proved the winners by 44 games to 22. At the conclusion of tho games supper was served by the local ladies, an enjoyable evening being thus brought to a close.
