ANNUAL TOURNAMENT AT NAPIER For Press Association. HASTINGS, Last Night. The annual golf tournament of the North Island Licensed Victuallers’ Association opened at the Napier Club’s links to-day and will be continued tomorrow. The results to to-day’s play were as follow: TuL stroke championship cup.—J. N. Anderson (Hawcra); runner-up, E. Manley (Wanganui). D.O.L. shield.—A. Jensen (Napier); runner-up, E Manley. President’s trophy.—M. J. Ivyne (Wanganui). Bell rose bowl. —A. Jensen; runnerup, J. P. lioaro (Wanganui). Barry Bottling Co. trophy.—A. Lile (New Plymouth). Wanganui Cup (wholesalers only.— P. C. Coyle (Wellington); runner-up, A. Jensen. Hindiuarsh trophy.—D. H, Newbigin (Hastings). Nancarrow trophy.—P. C. Coyle.
