NEW ZEALAND TOURNAMENT RESULTS Per Press Association. , CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. The New Zealand women's hockey tournament was continued to-day in an easterly drizzle which continued all day and made the grounds wet and slippery. Following were the results: A Section: Wellington -1 beat Wairarapa 2; Marlborough 3 beat Otago 1; Canterbury B 2 drew with Central Otago 2. B Section: Akitio 5 beat West Coast 1; Canterbury A 3 beat Eastern Southland B 2. C Section: Southland -I beat Bush 1; Eastern Southland A (5 beat Ashburton 0; Otago 2 beat South Canterbury 0. The leading teams now are: A Section: Marlborough 8 points, Central Otago (3, Wellington 5. B Section: -Canterbury A G points, Ruahinc 4, Akitio 4. G Section: Eastern Southland A S points, Southland S, Ashburton 2. With the Maori Teams ,WELLINGTON, Last Night. Horowhcnua beat Wellington G —o in a Maori women’s representative hockey match.
