Stratosphere Flight
PROFESSOR PICARD’S NEW PLAN,

The Sunday Chronicle has published an article from Saanemoser, Switzerland, stating that Professor Picard is planning to ascend twenty miles into the stratosphere in a new type of balloon.
Professor Picard believes stratosphere flights from London to New York in six hours is not far distant.
