Bulls
Parewanul School Euchre. The Bulls Town Hall was well crowded on Wednesday evening when tho Parewanui school held a combined euchre party and dance. Play was very keen throughout the last section, Mrs. T. Rogers winning most games for the ladies and Mr. J. 11. Ellery doing likewise for tho men after a play-off witli Mr. T. Rogers. Miss I. Ford and Mr. D. M. O’Connell won the Monte Carlo dance, and the statue waltz was won by Miss Murphy and Mr. J. Rewiti, junr. Mr. W. Hart proved a capable M.C. Inter-Club Shooting. Bulls and Sanson Miniature Rifle Clubs fired their first match in the Manawatu Association’s competitions at Bulls on Thursday night. Tho Bulls A team was in good form, and scored an IS win over Sanson, whose B team, however, gained a fairly comfortable victory In tho junior match. For Bulls, I). Lundy was in brilliant form and registered a double possible. T Prichard and C, M. Broughton also shot well. Ken Lumsden and G. Richardson topped the list for Sanson with 137 apiece.
