An anti-cyclone extends from eastern Australia across the Tasman !Sca and Northern New Zealand, while ti scries of slight low-pressure waves continue to move to southwards. Winds: Moderate to strong wcsTprly to south-westerly'. v Seas (New Zealand waters): Rough on the west coast and about Cook and Foveaux Straits, elsewnere moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to strong winds, between west and southwest, with moderate to rather rough seas. Weather: Changeable and unsettled, with further scattered showers in districts with a westerly aspect. Elsewhere fair to cloudy.
