PUT, AUSTRALIA, CANADA United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. VICTORIA, May 17. The people of Fiji feel that Australia is not buying in sufficient quantities from them, and that Canada has long been entitled to a better trade balance, stated the Colonial Secretary, Mr. AW. Seymour, to-night on his arrival from Suva by the Aorangi.
