Consequent on the death of Mr Cecil W. Palmer, managing-director of the Flucnzol and Q-Tol Proprietary, Ltd., Mr AY. H. Stevens, who has acted as director and manager for the past eight years, has been appointed to the position of managing director. Mr L R. Kirk, M.8.E., has been appointed chairman of directors, while Mr Will Appleton has joined the board as a director.
