MR. FRANCIS KITTO, J.P., of Lower Hutt, who died on Tuesday night. He was at one time president of the Victoria Bowling Club, secretary of the Trades and Labour Council, a member of many years standing of the Independent Order of Rechabites, and prominently connected with football and other sports.
